I arrived…!

During the last service we prayed for a woman named Richelle.  Richelle is a part of liberti church and is currently serving the victims of the earthquake in Haiti, as she sends updates and emails to us we will be posting them here, I’m sure she’d love to see some words of encouragement and any prayers we can send her way.

Here is her email.

“Hello friends!

I just wanted to let you know that I am safely at the Casa in
Barahona. I had the opportunity to meet the children in the clinic
tonight, and I was amazed by the joy on their faces in spite of the
pain. This is going to be a challenging week. I am praying that our
team can convey a sense of hope to the children and their families,
and that God would use us to support them in a way that makes sense to
them.

Updates to follow…

~Richelle”

19.Jan.2010 place to live.

I’m moving to Philadelphia mid-February, and am flying in to look around the area and find a place to live this weekend (Jan 22nd-24th).  I’m a 36 yr old young professional female and am looking in the Penn’s landing/Center City/Old City/Art Museum type areas.  If you happen to know of anyone looking or someone better to contact, I would greatly appreciate any help!

You can email her at jennifer [dot] sessions [at] gmail.com if you’re interested
